The purpose of the processing the data is to operate a website featuring information about my services as an illustrator and the presentation of my illustrations.

User: The User is the individual using this website. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.

  • different countries, for my website provider Squarespace (they have hundreds of servers around the world to ensure quick load times

  • different countries, because I use Google Analytics (they own and operate data centres around the world to keep their products running 24/7)

  • Australia, if you are a subscriber of my newsletter, managed by Campaign Monitor

and will be processed there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information. I have Data Processing Agreements or Addendums with all above mentioned companies that I can produce if requested.

    Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of my website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. The IP addresses that Google Analytics collects are anonymised, though, by removing their last numbers.

    You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

I use some videos on this website. Videos are a good way to make content easier to transport and understand. Since local hosting of videos is not powerful enough, I use the possibility of the external video provider Vimeo. I also occasionally include other videos from external sites. I use a third party provider, Campaign Monitor, to manage my mailing list and deliver my e-newsletters. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my e-newsletter. social media

If you share my content via social media those social networks will record that you have done so and may set a cookie for this purpose. As is the case for all cookies, I cannot access those set by social networks, just as those social networks cannot access cookies this website sets. 

I don't use any third party to manage my social media contacts. If you contact me through any of those channels your data is not shared in any way and its usage is only affected by the terms and conditions of the social channel in question, to which you have agreed to.
