Drawing for Armani Beauty at the Berlinale

Being selected to illustrate for Armani Beauty during the 73rd Berlinale was an unforgettable experience for me. Being in the brand's pop-up store at Potsdamer Platz was magical. For 10 days, I drew fashion illustration-style 10 minute sketches for visitors to the shop, who took away a unique and exclusive experience. In addition to their personalised illustration, they were treated to a free makeover by in-house make-up artists and a mini-shoot with a professional photographer who made them feel like they were on the red carpet.

The shop also featured a selection of Armani products to learn more about the world of Armani Beauty.

During these days, I was able to meet film professionals from all over the world and share with them conversations that filled me with satisfaction and learning. In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting the models Madisin Rian and Barbara Palvin, representatives of the brand, whom I also had the opportunity to sketch.

It was a big contrast to be in Berlin in the middle of winter after having spent the previous month in the desert of Fuerteventura. But, in the end, they were days full of emotions, encounters, learning and laughter, thanks to the Armani Beauty team.

I am enormously grateful for the trust placed in my work and for the good times we shared. Once again, the expectations I had the day I decided to start drawing in public were well exceeded, illustrating for a world-renowned brand like Armani Beauty. Thank you for this experience that I will never forget!
