Tuesdays I draw what I eat – Celery salad with walnuts and orange

After the food excesses of the last days -Croatian Easter breakfast cannot be really considered just a “breakfast”- a salad was the perfect antidote. But again: being used to those excesses it could not be a plain salad. So, a little bit of fraiche goat cheese, some orange, walnuts and a dressing of olive and walnut oil mixed with balsamic vinegar and voilà! You get satisfied but having the impression you ate light and healthy.
