Golden sparkles

Remember that drawing I made using the Maori inspiration I brought from my last big travel to the other side of the world? Well, that was not the only one. I also drew that kind of patterns in a motive for Ritzenhoff champagne glasses and they picked it for their new collection.

I am so excited about it! I love how the golden curls of this lady go around the glass. This is an effect you just imagine when you draw it and it is fascinating to see a flat drawing become a live 3D object that you can hold in your hands.

It is an honour to see my name on the glass, on the fine golden box and in the catalogue among so many great designers.

PS: These last few days this blog was very sick and I did not have time for my everyday fashion project, but it still goes on. Just wait and see.
